Finally finally finally this cover. Now I just need a synopsis to put in the space I left for a synopsis except I’m really terrible at writing synopses. If anyone else wants to volunteer to write something for me that would be rad too…
Fun fact, this was actually painted in grey and turned purple with the magic of photoshop. The reason being that purple is a more expensive color and this would have used a lot of it. Also because I hadn’t decided between purple or teal. I might do a variant witha teal cover also…
Also I forgot how much I hate dealing with large files. Especially large pdfs, ugh @_@
Edit cover concept. Simple wrap around. I’ll probably do some more and see what I like before any final art.
I just remembered how much I love drawing robots. I just needed a break to feel good about it again. It’s about time I get moving on designing a cover and putting together that book like I said I would.
Hey look, I finally posted my senior project. Not sure of the best way for this thing to live on the internet, but I’m giving it a shot. I’ll let you guys know when a book exists. The spreads will work a lot better. I’ll probably clean up and/or re-do most of the lettering before then, so if you have any qualms with the dialogue/story flow, now is the time to bring it up so I can fix it :)

Oh yeah, so I’m done with this comic now, aside from lettering, which will hopefully be done tonight. Just thought I’d share some bits since I’ve got it scanned now. I don’t know if I’ll upload the whole thing once it’s all done and together, or just select pages or panels or what. But here’s a panel from my first page.

I added a flashing yellow background, but that was really blinding, so…
(Also worth noting, this gif gets better if you’re listening to capsule. So far, Love of Lies works the best. Tapping Beats is also pretty good.)
